DRAMeXchange: DRAM spot prices to stabilize in June

The average spot prices of DDR 256Mbit have plummeted over 40% since mid February and most DRAM makers experienced losses in April and May as the average price dropped below US$2.50. However, spot prices are expected to stop falling this month.
