Shanghai Tianma 4.5G TFT LCD plant now running at 80% capacity

The capacity utilization rate of the 4.5-generation (4.5G) TFT LCD plant of China-based flat panel maker Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics has reached 80% after the plant entered volume production in March this year, according to company sources.
