Taiwan market: Chunghwa Telecom lowers 2008 target user base for MOD

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has downward adjusted the target number of its MOD (multimedia on demand) subscribers for the end of 2008 from 800,000 to 700,000, according to the company.
