APBT expects to break even in 2009

Asia Pacific Broadband Telecom (APBT), the only one of Taiwan's five 3G mobile telecom carriers that adopts CDMA 2000 standard, expects to break even in 2009, company chairwoman Sophia Chiu said at a shareholders meeting on June 25.
