AUO subsidiary Lextar to invest NT$30 billion for LED plants at CTSP

Lextar Electronics, a LED subsidiary of AU Optronics (AUO) plans to invest NT$30 billion (US$912.27 million) to build a total of five LED plants in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), according to Taiwan's National Science Council.
