HannStar to launch FSC-OCB panels in 1Q10

Taiwan-based LCD panel maker HannStar Display plans to launch in-house developed FSC-OCB (field sequential color-optical compensated birefringence) panels in the first quarter of 2010 featuring RGB LED backlight, according to the company.
