IC testing houses KYEC and Sigurd say memory demand picking up

King Yuan Electronics (KYEC) saw revenues for September hit the highest since September 2008, while rival Sigurd Microelectronics hit an 11-month high. Both IC testing houses have suggested improved demand from the memory market.
