The company's notebook BLU (including LCM) shipments in May rose 4.7% on month to 4.45 million units, of which 2.82 million units were for large-size LED notebooks and 1.62 million units for netbooks. Notebook BLU shipments contributed 46% of the company's overall revenues in May.

Radiant credited the positive results to growing LCM orders. The company shipped 600,000 units in April, a million units in May and significant growth is expected in June due to strong orders for Samsung notebooks. Second-quarter LCM shipments should top three million units, according to the company.
