GaAs design house Maxtek to launch integrated GaAs products for smartphones in 2H10

GaAs design house Maxtek Technology will unveil integrated GaAs products for smartphone applications in the second half of 2010 and expects GaAs revenues to top NT$400-450 million (US$12.5-14.1 million) in 2010, according to the company.
