eMemory breaks into iPhone 4S supply chain

Taiwan's eMemory Technology reportedly has entered the supply chain of Apple's iPhone 4S, through providing Dialog Semiconductor with access to its one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) solution, according to industry sources.
