Hitachi Chemical to build CMP slurry plant in Taiwan

Japan-based Hitachi Chemical has unveiled plans to establish a CMP slurry production plant in Tainan, southern Taiwan, with an investment of JPY2 billion (US$25.7 million). The facility will commerce its operations in April 2013.
