Taiwan market: Samsung offers upgrade to Android 4.0 for Galaxy series

Samsung Electronics has begun offering services that will allow users of its Galaxy S II smartphone in the Taiwan market to upgrade the device's operating system to Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0, according to Samsung Taiwan.
