Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) on January 10 reported net profit of NT$1.71 billion (US$58.7 million) for December, resulting in a net EPS of NT$5.16 for 2012.
CHT had 2.72 million FTTx subscribers, 905,000 of which using download speeds of 50Mbps or above, as well as 1.194 million MOD (multimedia on demand) subscribers as of the end of December, the company indicated.
Taiwan Mobile (TWM) and Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) on January 10 also released their financial figures for December.
