Syscom Computer to set up joint venture with Japan-based Tokai Group

Syscom Computer Engineering, a Taiwan-based provider of IT system integration services, will establish a joint venture in Taiwan in April 2013 with Japan-based Tokai Group with each investing JPY200 million (US$2.14 million), according to Syscom.
