Coretronic BLU shipments increase 2% in March

Taiwan-based Coretronic has revealed its backlight unit (BLU) shipments grew 2% sequentially in March to 5.81 million, generating revenues of NT$3.792 billion (US$127 million), up 30% sequentially. It shipped 18.49 million BLUs in the first quarter.
