GaAs foundry Win Semi expects 3Q13 revenues to slip 20%

GaAs IC foundry house Win Semiconductors expects its consolidated revenues to decline 20% sequentially in the third quarter of 2013, as a slowdown in sales of high-end smartphones is likely to deter demand for GaAs parts, according to the company.
