Windows phones challenging Android for Vietnam smartphone market, says IDC

A total of 5.8 million mobile phones were shipped to Vietnam in the second quarter of 2013, in which shipments of feature phones contracted 25.8% sequentially due to aggressive shipments of low-cost smartphones, according to IDC.
