TWM to start 1800MHz 4G operation by end of October

Taiwan Mobile (TWM) began 4G commercial operation on a 700MHz frequency band unit in early June and its service on a 1800MHz band unit will start by end-of-October 2014, according to company chairman Richard Tsai.
