Taiwan market: Taiwan Star Cellular aims at 200,000-300,000 4G users at end of 2014

Taiwan Star Cellular, which started 4G commercial operations on August 25 has more than 60,000 subscribers currently and aims to reach 200,000-300,000 at the end of 2014, according to company president Cliff Lai.
