SPIL, KYEC grabs orders for MediaTek 10nm chips

Backend houses Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) and King Yuan Electronics Company (KYEC) have obtained orders for MediaTek's new 10nm chips set to roll out in the first quarter of 2017, according to industry sources.
