PChome Online adds stake in PChomePay

Taiwan-based e-commerce operator PChome Online has announced it will acquire a 33.88% stake in PChomePay third-party e-payment services provider from its subsidiary B2B2C online shopping operator PChome Store for NT$576 million (US$18.4 million).
