UMC's Xiamen fab running at high capacity

United Semiconductor (Xiamen), a 12-inch foundry subsidiary of Taiwan's United Microelectronics (UMC), has run at near full capacity since the second quarter of 2020 thanks to a pick-up in orders for 28nm chips.
