StorArt Technology, a leading NAND flash controller solution provider, has announced the launch of its new UFS (Universal flash Storage) 1.1/2.1 controllers, SA3711 and SA3701, supporting HS-Gear3 interface with single data lane.
The SA3700 series is the latest generation embedded memory standard for mobile applications defined by JEDEC. It features serial link-based MIPI M-PHY interface and SCSI architecture model which enables high performance and high capacity embedded storage with low power. SA3700 series solution provides three times faster sequential and random read/write performance compared to eMMC5.1 controllers. With StorArt's new LDPC engine, Global Wear Leveling and enhanced flash technologies, SA3700 series provides superior performance and user experiences.
