ATO Solution Co., Ltd. to launch 1Gb SLC NAND Flash after 256Mb/512Mb mass production for the first time in Fab-less industry

Ltd has announced that 1 Gbit SLC NAND Flash has been successfully developed and started mass production after the 256 Mbit/512Mbit products which have been developed in 2012 by its own design technology. Newly released 1Gb NAND Flash by ATO Solution Co., Ltd. is 8 bit bus width and 3.3 voltage operational SLC (single level cell) products with 1 bit error correction control environment. High compatibilities with current product of the leading companies can make it possible for customers to use this product as a replacement solution.
