Gamania Digital Entertainment, at a July 1 press conference, announced the launch of Fantasy Earth Zero, a MMORPG developed by Japan-based Square Enix, in the Taiwan market.
The online game attracted some 20,000 players during a week-long closed beta test and is expected to reach 30,000 simultaneous players after launch, Gamania indicated.
Gamania plans to launch six role-playing, sports and casual online games in July-August 2008, according to company chairman Albert Liu. This year, Gamania will have launched 10-15 online games in total, Liu indicated.
