Inotera Memories gross margins top 45% in 1Q, say sources

Inotera Memories, a Taiwan-based joint venture between Nanya Technology and Infineon Technologies, was the most profitable Taiwan-based memory company in the first quarter of 2005, as its gross margins topped 45%, according to sources.
