Samsung boosting DDR3 output, expects tightness to ease soon, says exec

Samsung Electronics is aggressively ramping up production of DDR3 chips, according to Oh-Hyun Kwon, president of the company's semiconductor business. As a result, current chip shortages are expected to ease soon.
