TPO president to return to Compal as global COO

TPO Displays CEO and president William Chang will return to Compal Electronics as global chief operating officer (COO) after the merger of TPO, Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) and Innolux Display, according to Ray Chen, president of Compal.
