Foxconn receives test production orders for Acer notebooks

Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry) has received order for a small volume test production run for notebooks from Acer, according to industry sources. If the test run goes smoothly, Foxconn could become an official supplier to Acer as early as 2011.
