Notebook HDD capacities to reach 500GB in 2011, netbooks 320GB

The mainstream capacity of notebook internal hard disk drives (HDDs) will increase from 320GB in 2010 to 500GB in 2011, while netbook drives will be 320GB, according to Taiwan-based makers.
