Nanya responds to Elpida patent infringement lawsuit

Elpida Memory announced on September 7 that it has filed a lawsuit against Nanya Technology in the US, claiming that Nanya and its US subsidiary Nanya USA has infringed on its DRAM patents and demanding compensation from the Taiwan-based company.
