China-based solar-grade wafer suppliers looking to hike spot prices in November, say Taiwan makers

Some China-based makers of solar-grade crystalline silicon wafers, in view of rebounding global demand for photovoltaic (PV) products, plan to raise their quotes in the spot market in November, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
