AUO posts better-than-expected 3Q10 results despite absence of executives

Despite the absence of its president LJ Chen, vice chairman HB Chen and Qisda president Hui Hsiung, AU Optronics (AUO) was able to turn in good results for the third quarter of 2010 and dispel the uncertainty regarding the company's operations.
