Darfon acquires majority stake in TD HiTech Energy

Keyboard, passive component and energy solution provider Darfon Electronics will invest up to NT$410 million (US$13.9 million) for an up to 62.9% stake in TD HiTech Energy, a maker of lithium ion battery packs for electric bicycles.
