Since the fourth quarter of 2004, DIGITIMES
Research has been publishing quarterly, weekly and monthly ICT (information
and communications technology) and FPD (flat-panel display) reports
in Chinese.
A selection of these reports is now available
in English, these reports (for the first quarter of 2005) will remain
available as free samples. A subscription is required to access
new reports, released from September 2005.
Each quarter, a minimum of four FPD reports
will be published, covering Taiwan's small-to-mid-size LCD panel,
large-size panel, LCD monitor and LCD TV industries. These standard
reports will be supplemented by occasional special reports as an

About DIGITIMES Research
DIGITIMES Research employs around 15 analysts
covering technology trends and the displays, systems and communications
industries. In addition to presenting at conferences, DIGITIMES
Research conducts proprietary research and publishes weekly, monthly
and quarterly the Chinese-language "ICT Report" and "FPD Report"
in PDF and online formats. Proprietary research sponsored by government
and commercial organizations represents about a third of the work
produced by DIGITIMES Research.
From 2000 to 2004, DIGITIMES Research produced
around 70 reports, from individual company studies up to on-going
quarterly production reports, with terms from a single quarter up
to about three years. At any one time, the group is conducting between
four and seven of these proprietary projects.
