Evolvera is born, the first AI smartwatch fully customizable
She won't bring you coffee in bed, but she can certainly recommend the best coffee shops in the area or even those on your next trip. She's not the ideal girlfriend or friend, and she's not even the mom, but she's certainly the "digital companion" everyone has wished for at least once in their lives. Not just because she fits in a smartwatch and is a conversational artificial intelligence.iNNOVA, an innovative Italian startup led by president and founder Giuseppe Giorgianni, is preparing for CES 2025, Jan. 7-10 in Las Vegas, the world's largest and most prestigious tech event: where it will present Evolvera, the first smartwatch with fully customizable Artificial Intelligence, a revolutionary product that redefines the concept of wearable tech (devices that can be worn). Because Evolvera will be the necessary "dress" tailored to the user, as it will carefully study it to fully integrate with the user's daily life. "We are excited to bring to CES a made-in-Italy technology that will redefine the future of wearable technologies but also seek to concretely improve people's lives - Giuseppe Giorgianni explains - "With Evolvera, we are not just launching a new smartwatch, but we want to open the door to a new era of wearable artificial intelligence: it will be the technology that adapts to people and not the other way around."Evolvera is empathetic, elegant (Made in Italy design and technology, of course), and above all, it is self-aware and understands its limitations: it certainly cannot replace human affections or behaviors but adapts to needs, becoming a (or one, of course) "digital companion" capable of anticipating needs, improving personal well-being and efficiency by aiming to profoundly transform the way people interact with wearable technology. Always from one's wrist.Giuseppe Giorgianni, a Sicilian engineer, born in 1975, is no stranger to these proposals and, above all, is on his third CES (the first ones were in 2022 and 2024, now he is back with iNNOVA) where he will present precisely Evolvera. Indicated by Forbes as one of the most experts in Telemedicine (in fact, he has created CheckMed, a complete remote care solution, but above all OLIVIA, the "digital caregiver"), Giorgianni has developed projects both in this field and in tourism, promotion of territories (here KELLY, the "digital concierge," was born instead) and organization (here is SOFIA, which answers in real-time questions about HR policies, working hours and expense reimbursement procedures). But his passion always remains digital innovation and, of course, artificial intelligence.Evolvera will be unveiled at CES and then prepare for international launch: in fact, it will embrace both business and consumer markets. In companies, it promises to revolutionize staff efficiency, becoming an indispensable tool for optimizing processes and performance; in the "home," it will serve as a "digital companion," capable of assisting everyone with small and large everyday needs, simplifying and improving everyday life.A forward-looking project looking for allies Evolvera is not just a revolutionary technology, but a unique opportunity for investors, business angels, and industry partners who want to be part of a new technological era. iNNOVA opens the project to anyone who shares the vision of a future where technology serves people in an empathetic and tailored way.'We designed Evolvera to be the benchmark in the wearables industry, and now we want to build a network of partners to help us take this vision to a global scale,' Giorgianni concludes. For more information and to meet Evolvera at CES: Italian Pavilion, Venetian Expo, Hall G - 62000

MKNL Technology debuts AnyCalls to eliminate communication silos
Setting a new standard in communications, MKNL Technology delivers a suite of tools designed to overcome common challenges faced by users worldwide, enhancing connectivity across networks, platforms, and operating systems (OS)Tel Aviv, January 2025—MKNL Technology Ltd., the leading telecommunications company specializing in network software and hardware, launches AnyCalls, an app designed to bridge the gap between modern messaging services, such as WhatsApp and Telegram and traditional landline and GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) Networks. AnyCalls aims to connect popular communication services with traditional networks, offering users services in a single, unified platform, regardless of their OS.There was a time when the only way to contact someone was by telephone, a process that required saving contact information and typically involved navigating complexities like roaming fees and limited minutes. Today, smartphone users rely on a variety of apps for communication, with research indicating the number of mobile messaging app users worldwide is expected to reach 4.6 billion by 2026. However, this rapid proliferation of communication platforms has resulted in a fragmented user experience, with individuals constantly switching between apps to manage different forms of interaction—whether messaging, video calls, or social media.By combining previously incompatible call platforms such as GSM, landline, and VoIP (Voice over Internet), AnyCalls creates a path for communication across networks that were once siloed. This integration eliminates the need for multiple apps, allowing users to connect with anyone, regardless of network or platform. Compatible with any OS, AnyCalls allows users to initiate conference calls across diverse networks, with future plans to introduce AI-powered features, such as intelligent answering machine, voice cloning, and automatic transcription of conversations. For global communications, users can avoid costly roaming fees by routing calls directly through the AnyCalls platform.Alongside AnyCalls, MKNL Technology has also developed an advanced software solution for keyboard language layouts. With over 43 percent of the global population speaking two or more languages, the software is designed to support up to four languages simultaneously. It automatically detects the language selected by the user and highlights the corresponding characters and symbols on the keyboard. By visually indicating the active language, the software helps users avoid accidental typing errors, making it more intuitive and convenient for multilingual users.Additionally, the company is developing HaloCalls, an AI-powered real-time translation app designed to break down language barriers in communication. Operating across both PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) and VoIP networks, HaloCalls will offer real-time translations in over 50 languages. The app will support app-to-app communication as well as traditional GSM networks, providing a versatile solution for seamless cross-language conversations."We are thrilled to provide users with software and hardware solutions aimed at enhancing communication processes," says Daniel Binkin, Chairman of MKNL Technology Ltd. ""As global connectivity grows, our mission is to simplify communication across platforms and networks, ensuring individuals stay connected, no matter the app or location. These products highlight our commitment to advancing and simplifying communications, and we look forward to continuing to enhance the way people connect and collaborate globally."AboutAbout MKNL Technology Ltd.:Founded in 2022, MKNL Technology Ltd. is focused on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge telecom equipment.
