Microsoft licenses OS to Taiwan’s FIC

On November 5, Microsoft and Taiwan-based First International Computer (FIC) signed a licensing agreement that grants FIC the right to develop and manufacture products based on the WinCE 4.0, Pocket PC and Tablet PC platforms.
