ECS/ProArch alliance officially begins as they ponder LCD shortage

The alliance among Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS), Pou Chen International and ProArch Technology was officially effective on February 20, with ECS and Pou Chen taking seats on ProArch’s board of directors.
