Yageo to merge with subsidiary Phycomp

Yageo, Taiwan’s largest MLCC (multi-layer ceramic capacitor) supplier, announced on Wednesday that it would merge with its 100%-owned subsidiary, Phycomp, an MLCC maker in Kaohsiung.
