Infineon to invest US$600 million in Taiwan over three years

German DRAM maker Infineon Technologies will invest US$600 million in Taiwan during the next three years, said Klaus Gohlke, vice president of Infineon Technologies, Asia Pacific, at the 2003 Taiwan Business Alliance Conference yesterday.
