Worldwide DRAM revenues declined 5% in 2005, says Gartner

Worldwide DRAM revenues declined 5% in 2005 to US$25.0 billion, down from US$26.3 billion in 2004, according to Gartner Dataquest. Quarterly results for the fourth quarter of 2005 show that industry revenues fell 6.1% to US$6.1 billion.
