CMO awarded compensation in patent suit brought by Japan’s SEL

Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) has won its declaratory judgment suit against Japan’s Semiconductor Energy Labs (SEL), with the Tokyo District Court on March 24th ruling in favor of CMO, according to a CMO press release.
