Hewlett Packard (HP) is seeking partners in Taiwan to produce LCD TVs, with AU Optronics (AUO) and Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) standing the biggest chance of receiving orders to supply panels for HP’s LCD TVs, sources claimed today.
