TCL reportedly to build a new LCD TV plant in Foshan

TCL recently announced that the company will invest nearly 1.4 billion yuan to build a LCD TV plant in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, according to a report from the Chinese-language website Xinhuanet.com.
