Memory backend quotes to post mild drop in 2Q

Packaging and testing quotes for memory are expected to post a mild drop of 3-5% on quarter in the second quarter of 2008, a drop that is weaker than in previous quarters, according to sources at Taiwan packaging and testing houses.
