TSMC lands turnkey MEMS manufacturing from ADI

Analog Devices (ADI) is planning to outsource turnkey manufacturing to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), facilitating TSMC's future development of MEMS business, according to industry players.
