Zyxel to hand out NT$0.30 cash dividend for 2008

Taiwan-based network equipment maker Zyxel Communications has decided to deal out a cash dividend of NT$0.30 (US$0.01) per share for 2008, the lowest dividend in 10 years. However, the company has not yet released its net earnings for 2008.
