Taiwan's small- to medium- size panel shipments saw a higher-than-expected sequential growth in the third quarter of 2011. In spite of the weak economy in the US and Europe, demand for small- to medium- size panels, especially handset applications, had a big recovery in the third quarter because clients' inventories were running low.Table of contents
