CHT to invest in visual effects cloud computing service

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) on November 21 signed a memorandum of understanding with US-based visual effects producer Rhythm & Hues Studios (R&H) to establish a Cloud for Animation and Visual Effects (CAVE) joint venture company, according to CHT.
