Alibaba profit drops in 1Q18

China-based e-commerce operator Alibaba Group Holding has reported consolidated revenues of CNY61.932 billion (US$9.873 billion) for first-quarter 2018, hiking 60.53% on year, with net profit falling 28.98% to CNY7.561 billion.
